Our trainee team shows Solarlux from its most creative side
People dancing wildly, eating pudding with a fork, or dogs doing handstands... For some, it's an addictive app, for others, it's a complete mystery: for us at Solarlux, it's now a new stage. The decision to become active on TikTok is not a spontaneous social media gag, but part of a strategic consideration: as a training company, how do we reach Gen Z, i.e. young people who are 15, 16, 17 years old and are currently thinking about their professional future? Traditional channels remain important – but social media platforms such as TikTok or Instagram are at least as important.

A project by trainees – for trainees
Our channel is a genuine trainee project, supported by the HR and marketing departments. The idea behind it is this: who could show what training at Solarlux is really like more authentically than those who are currently experiencing it themselves? And those who get to know us today as a cool training company may remember us in a few years' time – as skilled workers, multipliers or even as customers. So it's not just about reach, but rather about relationships.
From brainstorming and planning to implementing the clips, everything is in the hands of our young talents. They take on responsibility and learn new forms of communication – skills that extend far beyond TikTok.
