Connection
Sometimes something great grows out of a simple idea: bringing people together. In Stabekk near Oslo, this is exactly what has been achieved. A generous wintergraden now connects a nursing home with a senior living complex – giving residents a new sense of quality of life.
Change
Where cold, wind and train noise used to make it difficult to spend time outdoors, architect Hildegunn Halvorsrød's vision has created a bright, sheltered space: a place for shared activities, conversations, small concerts or simply for moments of togetherness – even for people who are no longer mobile.
Milestone
This project was something special for the Solarlux team in Scandinavia. With an area of around 180 m², it is one of the largest wintergardens ever built there and also demonstrates what our products can achieve: spaces that enable joie de vivre.
